Why heated vests get thrown away after one winter
Three failure points, every time
We bought retail heated vests, disassembled them and ran durability tests. We identified where heat escapes and where connections fail after washing, then redesigned around those findings.
01 — MODULE
Fully removable module
The heating pad and controller detach 100% from the garment. Take them out and machine-wash it.
02 — SKIN-FIT
3D skin-fit pattern
A pullover construction with no zipper removes the air gap, so heat goes into the body rather than the air.
03 — MATERIAL
rPET upcycled fabric
High-density fabric regenerated from post-consumer PET, built to resist abrasion and tearing.
04 — SUPPLY
