Fully removable docking module
- 01
- Most vests marketed as washable still have the battery connector and heating wires built into the garment. Repeated washing lets water in, breaking wires and corroding connectors.
- 02
- We apply a docking interface that fully detaches the heating pad and controller from the garment. The module is pulled out through a velcro opening and the connector is released.
- 03
- With the electronics removed, the garment washes like any other. If a module fails, you replace the module instead of the whole vest.

3D skin-fit contoured pattern
- 01
- Zip-front vests leave an air gap between the body and the heating element. Warmed air escapes through the collar and armholes.
- 02
- We removed the zipper and used a pullover construction with a pattern that follows body contours. The heating element sits against the skin.
- 03
- Heat goes into the body rather than into the air. The same battery produces the same perceived warmth at a lower output setting.

Core technology 03
rPET upcycled high-tenacity fabric
- 01
- Recycled fabrics are typically weaker and wear through quickly in a work environment.
- 02
- Collected PET bottles are shredded, washed and melt-spun into high-purity recycled yarn, then woven at high density with a specialty coating process.

- The result withstands abrasion and tearing on site. We use GRS-certified fabric.

Three steps
Detach, wash, dock
01
Detach
Open the velcro panel, pull out the heating module and battery, release the connector.
02
Wash
With the electronics out, the vest is an ordinary garment. Machine-wash it.
03
Dock
Dock the module again once dry. If a module fails, replace only the module.
